Beautiful Tile Mosaic Plaques, hand made to order by seller/artist Amy Langer of Sanibel Island, FL.
Can say anything you want... house number, name, professional's door sign, apartment number, buildiing name, or any other words you choose. Great for Professionals, Stores, Beach Houses, Cottages, Hunting Cabins, Hotels, Villas, Condos, etc! Size is 11 inches by 7 inches, weighs approximately three pounds. Three mounting holes fit most screws.
Many border colors to choose from: Black, Aqua, Light Greyish Blue, Medium/Dark Blue, Golden yellow, Terra Cotta, White.
I create each piece to order. I hand make the center plaque from clay, bisque fire it, then hand paint and glaze, and refire. I then glue the center plaque and surround it with hand cut Talavera and Ceramic tile on sturdy hardy board. Your piece is then grouted and sealed with several coats of glossy protective sealant.
Size or border colors can be adjusted for an additional $10...my cost for new hardy board or hand making new border tiles.
Each Plaque made to order, please allow two weeks as it's a multiple step process with firing and drying time.
